I had all those records and I was impressed that she also had the sales transactions in her data base as she “clicked away.’” I must admit, I did not expect such an efficient process. I wanted you to know what a great customer service representative you have. I called to change our contact information and file a claim for a replacement mattress pad. I have been a Macy’s customer for over 30 years and have always received good service.
